Richard Spears

Richard Spears has worked in the oil and gas industry for 35 years and is one of the managing partners of Spears & Associates where he is responsible for leading the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice. Richard Spears holds an engineering degree from Oklahoma State University and completed graduate work in industrial engineering.
