Our approach to responsible investment means we will seek to apply ESG criteria to each new investment, from initial screening through to due diligence and final investment decision. In addition, we are committed to the highest standards of conduct, ethics and compliance, with zero tolerance to bribery and corruption at both house and portfolio levels. We will seek to ensure proper consideration of ESG factors in each of our decision-making processes.
Our ESG policy applies to EVPE staff, operating partners, advisory boards and portfolio companies.
Our mission is to ensure appropriate incorporation of ESG factors at all levels and activities and we are committed to improving alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

EVPE’s Compliance Manager serves as the firm’s ESG Officer, reporting to EVPE’s Partners on ESG matters.
EVPE relies on secure IT systems to collect and process ESG data such as policies and KPIs, to ensure compliance and management of ESG risks.
Our quarterly reporting aims at keeping ESG matters a priority, with a view to continuously improve on ESG performance. At EVPE, we value transparency and as such are committed to publishing the results on our website on a periodical basis.
As part of our continuous improvement, we will also rely on third party specialist advisors to produce periodical reports on our investments and technologies, to communicate to our stakeholders our engagement to responsible investment and progress in these areas.
We will seek to provide periodic training to our staff and portfolio companies, with a view to improve awareness of emerging ESG issues as well as key regulations/ legislations.
This policy will be reviewed and updated as appropriate and is approved by our Advisory Companies Board.
